RETURN POLICY

 

Dream Fairy Beautique will gladly offer a refund or exchange for items returned to our E-Beautique, as long as they the following criteria:

1. The customer must send an email requesting a return, within 7 days of receiving their package. (Please be sure to include the word "RETURNS" in the subject of the email, additionally, please wait for an answer before shipping back to company. As long as your request is made within 7 days, we will honor this policy.) 

2. The item has not been worn or damaged.

3. The original tags and stickers are still attached.

4. The item is not a clearance item.

5. The item doesn't have and offensive odors.

6. The item is not an accessory.

SHIPPING POLICY

Dream Fairy Beautique will ship your items out within 3-5 business days (this may be quicker in some instances). You will receive an initial email Dream Fairy Beautique has received your order. Additionally, you will receive another email when with a tracking number, when your order has shipped.
